Sameer is the Managing Director & Design Principal with the firm. He possesses 20+ years of professional experience with a rich variety of different building portfolios. He deftly applies his contemporary design approach and strong analytical ability to solve complex program requirements to myriad projects. He manages large multidiscipline design teams with an objective to lead and deliver projects of uncompromising quality. He has nurtured a career through working in increasingly senior roles to design and manage projects for prominent consultancies & real estate developers in major cities across UAE, Canada & India. Throughout his career he has nurtured some extremely challenging projects and successfully delivered these to a portfolio of prominent clients. His intrinsic understanding of architecture and related engineering disciplines enables him to proactively collaborate with clients and gel large teams to guide a project from pre-concept to construction. During his professional tenure across three countries, he has gained meaningful knowledge and skill in liaising with local authorities, clients, specialist consultants, multi-lingual and multi-cultural professionals. Concurrent to performing Architecture and Project Management duties, he has successfully led and supported several business development assignments to forge new client relationships.
